Most of these things are described in their own HTML files (e.g., base-64.html). They generally make reference to their associated tarballs (*.tar.gz). For example, base-64.html will refer to base-64.tar.gz. Also, they may mention items in other places, e.g., primer.html, which lists ../math/primes-M.gz as a list of prime numbers.
